So I am kind of in a pickle, I have built up a pretty good savings account and would like to buy a new house, but I cannot sell mine.

I like most people bought my house about 4 years ago with real estate was at an all time high.  No 4 years later my home is roughly 1/2 its value and Icouldn’t sell it to save my life. SO what am I to do?  I have been thinking about this for quote some time not and decided I am just going to fix my place up.

The first thta I am going to do is update my ceiling fan.  You my fan it one of ceiling fans that were built in the 80s that make annoying sound every time it make a complete revolution.
