I was just watching the news about the balloon boy and I started thinking to myself, I wonder if they are going to face federal charges for this hoax.  I mean they had to get the coast guard involved, not to mention the FAA. those are federal agencies.  I would not want to be in there shoes right now.  If I were I would have to hire Federal Criminal Defense Lawyers immediately.
