I have a buddy of mine who can’t seem to buy a house.  He has been one of the lucky ones in this economy to not lose his job.  In fact, he makes a rather decent income.  He was saying he is unable to buy a house due to some credit issues from back in 2006.  While he was in college, he failed to pay some credit cards on time and as a result cannot get approved for anything.

So before he gets his mortgage, he needs to repair credit and move on with his life.  I told him about a site I found that I was looking at to fix my credit. He decided to check it put.  Sounds like it is going well for him.

So if you cannot buy a home, I would suggest you fix your credit right away!!
