bariatric surgery diet

It seems like every day we constantly hear how fat America is. The weight loss business is a multi billion dollar business and it is growing more and more every day.
The problem is, most of the products that are marketed as “diet” products don’t really have much proof to back up their claims. The other issue is that many of these DIET products have not been reviews by the FDA and all claims of being able to help weight loss must be taken with a grain of salt.
So we can we do? Some people have been considering bariatric surgery diet. I have been doing some research online and it looks like a viable option. What do you think?

My friend had signed up for bariatric surgery and they rejected her because she “ate too much” and because “diets failed”. I believe most diets don’t really work, and that those clinic who agreed to help her was supposed to help her find support in the diet areas.Refer her to support groups who could help her stay the course.

I am in desperate need of bariatric surgery for weightloss but my insurance asks that I begin seeing a doctor to monitor my weight for a whole year. However, I gained over 50 lbs. from last year and I am very afraid that I will gain more weight from here until my insurance will cover it.

I agree, everyone is having problems with weight currently and with our busy lifestyles if can be hard to keep fit and healthy - a more extreme surgery diet could be the way forward in the future.

I know for a week or so it is clear liquids, but what does the diet look like after that?

Crystal light on the go, to drink more water and had a taste. Soup. Bubble gum sugar free is a form to something to chew. Also play trivia, talk with friends, do something to distract the mind. Good Luck to all dieters.
