Keyloss locks
9 Jun 2009
Unfortunately is this day and age people are willing to do just about anything to take your money and valuable things. Knowing this, I have been researching new door locks for our office.
About a month a ago another company in our office building had their lock picked and the entire office was ransacked. We have a lot of servers and computer in our office and we cannot afford to have this happen to us. SO I have been looking online for a solution and it looks like a keyless lock is the key (No pun intended). If you have a lock that requited a finger print of security, only the people who have the info will be able to enter. No picking of locks no lost keys!!!

I would agree that a keyless lock is definitely the way to go if it is in the budget. I have something similar on my own home just not that sophisticated. If everyone would jut understand the concept of working for a living we might not have to ever worry about such things!

Keyless entry locks are based on a technology called Keyloq, which was designed by Willem Smit from South Africa in the mid 80’s. It uses an algorithm called “code hopping” that insures safety to the home owner against illegal entry. Others rely on technologies such as Motorola’s algorithm, Bluetooth, and now there is even a lock that “reads” the owner’s fingerprint to allow access. The keyless door locks protect lives and property, and truly make your life more convenient!

Keyless locks sound like a good solution, especially if the “code hopping” stops anyone from making a device to hack into them somehow?
