As many of you know I was born and raised in metro Detroit, Michigan.   Being that the Real estate market has fallen off the face of the earth, I have been looking at other areas of the country to find great real estate deals.   First I looked at Arizona but you can even walk barefoot in the summertime…waay to hot on the feet.  Next I look at California.   In my humble opinion, I still feel that values are way over valued.

That’s when I started looking at Maryland / Washington D.C. area.  It just seems to have alot going on in that area.  I have been to Maryland many times and have always enjoyed myself.

So that’s when I turned to the trusty internet to try and find a good real estate site that specializes in the Maryland Washing D.C. area. That’s when I found a site called deodio.com.  They have an awesome sections solely devoted to real estate properties in Maryland.  I have been looking at homes and slowly making a short list of properties that I would like to bid on.   I highly recommend this site to anyone who is interested in any type of Real Estate transaction.
